By creating an account or using MACHA ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms.
MACHA is a real-world participation platform that connects verified people to real events and communities. Members can discover, create, join and attend events.
Every member must be a real individual and complete identity verification (photo + live selfie, or college-email verification for students). Fake profiles, duplicate or fraudulent accounts are prohibited and will be removed.
Browsing is free. Joining and creating events requires a MACHA Premium subscription, priced at ₹99 per month (INR). Premium unlocks event participation, hosting, chats, invitations and insights.
You agree to behave respectfully, not to harass other members, not to misrepresent yourself, and to follow applicable laws at events. Organizers are responsible for events they create.
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Cashfree). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
MACHA facilitates connections but is not responsible for the conduct of members at real-world events. Participate responsibly and at your own discretion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise community safety.
