MACHA Premium subscription

MACHA Premium is a monthly digital subscription priced at ₹99/month (INR).

• Cancel anytime: you can cancel your subscription from your profile at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refund window: if you were charged in error or are unhappy, contact us within 7 days of payment at support@macha.world for a full refund of that charge.
• After 7 days: monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current period, but you won't be billed again after cancelling.

Event payments

For paid or contribution-based events, refund eligibility depends on the organizer's cancellation terms shown on the event. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, eligible contributions are refunded to the original payment method.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (Cashfree's standard settlement times apply).
